New 101 Police Contact Number
The easy to remember non-emergency police contact number 101 is now in operation.
If you want to contact the police when it’s less urgent than 999, you can now call them on 101
Please use this number to report all incidents and concerns where the degree of urgency does not warrant a 999 call.
The operators are friendly and professional and will provide helpful advice.
While the police may not be able to attend every time, it is important to report incidents and concerns as it helps the authorities build up a true picture of the issues occurring and plan appropriately to help ensure community safety.
